Francisca Silva

Hi! I’m Francisca Silva, a PhD Candidate at the University of St. Andrews. I’m now close to the submission of my dissertation and I’m applying for academic jobs. In my PhD project I worked on the metaphysical and semantic foundations of three hyperintensional frameworks – impossible worlds semantics, subject matter theory and truthmaker semantics – combining them in various applications.

More broadly, I work in philosophical logic, formal epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of language, transfeminist philosophy and philosophy of time. Here you can find my CV.
